First, we have Fancy Sonya. She’s starting to enter the age of dress-up and make-believe, so she was very excited to receive this tutu top in a recent magical shipment from Grandmama. I think it reminds her of Olivia the Pig, who daydreams about being a prima ballerina.
Then we have Everyday Sonya, looking effortlessly hip in a red hoodie sent by Auntie Melissa and Uncle Justin with their Valentine shipment. Sonya decided to put it on to match her role model Daddy, who got a gray Old Navy hoodie in the package from Grandmama so that he can channel the sporty casual look his younger brothers have. Drex has a shiny face in the picture because we’ve been perpetually sick for the past month and a half. With all the nose-blowing and dry winter air, he needed to lube his face with Vaseline.
Finally, we have Modern Chic Sonya who has started assembling her own outfits. She chooses some rather bold color combinations. For example, accessorizing her favorite turquoise cardigan with an adorable hat sent by Miss Andrea, the owner of the gift boutique Looking Glass Designs in St. Louis, Missouri.
I love seeing Sonya’s growing sense of independence, self-expression, and self-confidence. We are so grateful that our family and friends keep supplying our fashionista and her new protégé with constant additions to their wardrobes.
Thank you everyone!

Love them all!!!
