My blogging will be more consistent now that our home finally has Internet. I’ll be able to keep everyone thoroughly posted on our adventures in Montréal!
Our new city, our new baby, and frankly, our own cavalier flair for procrastination keep the last boxes from going out the door, but overall, our appartement charmant next to the park feels cozy. A virtual tour soon to come!
This past weekend, we went to the Jean Talon market to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and local honey to prepare for our first dinner guests. They brought over maple ice cream. I quite like the flavor – tastes like Canada and breakfast.
I took Sonya to her first pediatrician’s appointment here in Montréal. She now weighs 4660 grams (10.2 pounds) and has her two month vaccines. What a big girl!
On Monday, we all went to a festival to inaugurate La Place des Arts. In the movie, we’re wearing red O hats to signify that we’re hugs. (Other people are wearing pink X hats because they’re kisses).
